You should be able to find it on Dell’s website. Search the forum, or possibly Google it, but you will need that Toshiba stack and you will have to run the DFU application on its own to downgrade dell inspiron 9400 bluetooth firmware on the device.
I removed the dongle and the internal module still is unresponsive. Thanks all for answering. It used to work when I had Windows XP installed, but dell inspiron 9400 bluetooth, with Windows 7, it isn’t even showing up in my device manager.

In order to use a network you need to load the driver for the network card and the relevant protocol to use it. No need to actually download anything but the NICs drivers. Would dell inspiron 9400 bluetooth machine have this facility?
